Delivery terms and payment method through courier service
The online store "Fito-Help.md" delivers throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova (excluding the districts on the left bank of the Dniester River and districts that require passing through customs checkpoints).
Cost of delivery in Chisinau:
75 lei - for orders less than 650 lei;
Free - for orders over 650 lei.
Delivery is carried out within 48 hours, from Monday to Friday.
Payment conditions:
In cash!
In this case, you pay the order amount to the courier upon delivery. Payment is made in Moldovan Lei.
Online payment!
Orders can be paid with Visa and MasterCard bank cards. For payment, you will be redirected to the MAIB system server, which ensures payment security. Before payment, it is recommended to check the availability of products.

Orders are dispatched after phone confirmation, so please provide the correct and complete phone number.

Delivery methods:
The order will be delivered anywhere in the country through the fast courier service FAN Courier. Product delivery is only done through the courier company, and there is no option for delivery by Moldovan Post or picking up the order from the Fito-Help office.
Delivery terms:
We aim to dispatch products as quickly as possible, so we make every effort to process and deliver orders in the shortest time. Orders will be processed during the week, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 - 17:00.
Products with In Stock availability will be delivered within 1-2 working days from the order placement. For products with Limited Stock, they can be shipped within a maximum of 5 days. If the products were paid for in advance and are unavailable, the money will be refunded immediately after you have been informed of the product unavailability.
If you place an order on one of these days, it will be processed on the next working day.
To make it easy for the courier to find you, please provide us with the correct and complete delivery address.
The delivery address is the place where the courier can find you to hand over the parcel. Please note that delivery is carried out from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, so provide an address where you can be found during this time frame.
If you have accidentally placed multiple orders, please inform us to avoid sending multiple parcels to you, with unwanted ones being returned.
Unfortunately, if there is a return registered under your name, the next delivery to you will only be possible after paying with a card for the placed order.
If you notice other products you want after placing an order, please contact us, and we will modify your order and add the desired products. In this case, there may be a delay in delivering the package, and you will be informed at that time. Please do not place another order if you change your mind about the products but contact us by phone. It may happen that on the day of delivery, you are not at the confirmed address to receive the package. In this case, please contact the courier and reschedule the delivery for another day when you can be found for delivery between 9 - 17. Please consider the large number of packages a courier has to deliver, so delivering the package at an exact time is impossible. Please agree with the courier on a delivery time frame.
ATTENTION
Please check the physical integrity of the received order in the presence of the courier and request the drafting of a damage assessment report if the products show signs of damage. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.
